Please join us for a fun and easy way to help you improve your game. We will show you how to strengthen and stetch your entire body in a couple of minutes per day.
You do not need to join a gym or buy expensive equipment. All of the exercises we will show you can be done in your office, in the parking lot or in your living room.
If you decide to come we are not selling anything. Our goal is to share information on how to play better golf with some basic fitness.
